Biography
Lisa Charles Fields, PhD, PA-C
I hold a PhD in Public Health from Walden University (2012) and a MS, PA-C in Physician Assistant Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University (2000) and BS, Dental Hygiene from University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (1987).
I am Lead Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Intervention Arms Medical Center, LLC(IAMC) in collaboration with Dr James Joseph, DO. Our focus at IAMC is to provide medical care for the medically underserved. We are a private practice medical facility that provides acute care and primary to care to our patients. We provide care for newborn to geriatrics.
IAMC was conceptualized in 2004, opened in 2008 with zero patients and now 13 + years later, we have over 5000 patients in our data base/patient roster. With over 3000 active patients.
I successfully collaborate with four teaching institutions by mentoring, training, and preparing students for everyday workplace activities in their chosen profession as an assistant professor and adjunct instructor. The Institutions include Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences, University of Dubuque, Walden University, and State Career College.
Trained in Women’s Wealth: Colposcopy, cervical biopsy, LEEP, and cryosurgery at University of Texas Southwestern, Dallas, Texas.
Trained in Aesthetic Medicine: Lasers, IPL, RF, body contouring, skin tightening, acne, mesotherapy, tattoo removal at Saratoga CME Institute Las Vegas, Nevada.
