We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial PPOs and cash paying patients.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash.

We do not discriminate upon ability to pay.

We have a payment plan for patients who are unable to pay in full at their first office visit.

We use a sliding scale in some instances based on the ability to pay.
